Can I return an item?
If you wish to return a product purchased form Pacific Vision International that is faulty you can request a return by contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +64 3 376 5071. For all Pacific Vision products, you have up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the time you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
Software items are ineligible for a return.
How to return:
To return your item(s) to Pacific Vision International, you must contact the New Zealand office to get a Return Authorization (RA) number, and return shipping instructions.
Make sure to write down the (RA) number that you have been given, on the box you are sending to us.
Then return the items(s), we will assess your product and contact you regarding your options.
The New Zealand office will be open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 16.00 New Zealand time.
